No longer’: Paige Spiranac lifts lid on secret marriage breakdown, Paige amidst regret!
Paige Spiranac has opened up about the breakdown of her marriage for the very first time, confirming she is no longer married after years of rumours.
The former golfer-turned-media star married athletic trainer Steven Tinoco in 2018.

However Spiranac has provided little details about the relationship in the years since, with fans convinced that the pair are no longer together.In a Q&A with fans on Instagram this week, Spiranac finally addressed the issue.
“I do get this question a lot so I do want to address it. I was married,” Spiranac said.
“I am no longer married and if you could just respect my privacy it would mean a lot to me.”Speaking in 2018, the 28-year-old said: “I met him at the start of my career, so we have done this entire thing together.
“He is so understanding and knows this is a business for me.
“He will say, ‘Hey, show a little more cleavage’.”
Spiranac also revealed on her popular podcast Playing a Round why she is so secretive about her relationship status.“I get this question a lot, and I refuse to answer that and I have my reason,” Spiranac said in 2020.“I think a lot of people think I don’t talk about it because of my business, and if I say that I’m with someone or I’m married, then I’ll lose male followers, and that’s actually not the case.
“I am so open and honest about everything in my life, as you guys can tell from the podcast, that I want something to myself, and having a public relationship is very difficult, and as soon as you make it public, you’re giving everyone the right to ask questions and you have to then answer them.
“If I do post about it, and I end up breaking up with that person, I then have to talk about the break-up cause I owe that to everyone because I made my relationship public.
“Also, it’s just people tend to get involved, and I don’t like that.
“When a big milestone has happened in my life, it’s always turned into something that is not joyous anymore because people comment on it and they turn it into something that’s it not, and so I just want to leave my relationship and my family and things that are really, really, really important to me out of it.”
Paige Spiranac becomes media sensation with podcast
Spiranac’s podcast became a global hit among fans who didn’t have any golf to watch during the pandemic.
She has previously revealed a horrifying ordeal in which an explicit photo of her was shared online, as well as taking aim at the ‘elitist’ male culture in golf.
She also opened up about her many failed attempts to find love, saying men would ‘take advantage’ of her for golf tips.
“I would always open up a conversation with, ‘Hey I play golf’ and anything along those lines and I thought that it would work,” Spiranac said.
“Unfortunately, guys were using me for golf lessons, golf equipment and golf balls.”
The 28-year-old stepped away from professional golf to focus on her media career and anti-bullying charity work.
She is an ambassador for Cybersmile – educating young people about the dangers of cyber-bullying.
